Stayed in sister hotel. Not this one due to technical issue
The hotel was changed to its sister one due to a technical issue, so my review is based on that. We like the closeness of the transport, the room size was decent and the staff were pleasant.
The bed really wasn't comfortable. After a long day walking, it is nice to sink into a bed to sleep, but this felt a bit too firm for our liking. The steps as you come in the door were very steep. The shower door didn't shut very well, so water went everywhere when using it. It also felt like it hadn't been set properly as some parts were solid under, others it felt like I was going to fall through it. There were works happening outside in the street, would have been nice to have either been told or given a room away from it as they start ridiculously early.

Awesome
Great location, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, heating, spacious room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Shower head holder fixture on wall was broken so had to hold the shower head. Water sometimes would go too hot randomly during shower. Better lighting in bedroom near mirror would be helpful when getting ready.
